Warren Bullock, 61, of Lower Penn, near Wolverhampton, has been charged with cause/incite a boy aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity sexual activity and sexual assault on a male.

Bullock has been bailed ahead of his first appearance due at Cannock Magistrates’ Court on Friday 16 October.
