Op Zyrex - Attempt Murder Hackney Central Station

Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward after a serious incident at Hackney Central Overground station. Armed officers were called to the east London station following reports of a firearms incident at 1.29pm on 1 March. A 20-year-old man was located with multiple laceration wounds and a single gunshot wound on his leg.

An investigation has been launched following the incident and detectives are appealing for information from members of the public.
