Further charges in connection with murder of Joanne Penney
Two further people have been charged in connection with the murder of Joanne Penney.
Joanne Penney, 40, died on March 9 after being shot in Llys Illtyd, Talbot Green
Laura John, aged 22, of Rhiwbina, and Donna James, aged 50, of Llanishen, have been charged with assisting an offender.
They appeared in Cardiff Magistrates Court on July 16.
