Details of Incident

Details of Incident

Jamie PERKINS was initially reported as a missing person by his father on the 12th of October 2017 as he hadn’t been seen for a period of time.  This was unusual for Jamie who was always seen out and about in the local area.

The last confirmed sighting of Jamie was on CCTV on the 8th of October 2017.

On the 1st of November 2017, Jamie was found deceased in an area known as Bog Lane in Gilfach Goch, Tonyrefail, South Wales.  He had injuries which suggested that he had been assaulted.  Jamie was wearing a light coloured camouflage hooded jumper, dark blue jeans and dark coloured trainers.

Several people have been arrested but to date no one has been charged.  It is believed that the answers to what happened to Jamie and why he died lie within the local community.
