OPERATION LUNA

Police are launching an appeal for information relating to the death of a 39 year old male. The male died at a residential address in Whiterow Park, Trowbridge at approximately 9.30pm on Monday 25th August 2025, following reports of a disorder at the location.


APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

Around 9.30pm on August 25th 2025, emergency services were called to a disorder in Whiterow Park, Trowbridge.

A 39 year old male, who was a visitor to the address, was located within the grounds of the property with life threatening injuries.

Police and Ambulance have attempted to save his life, but sadly he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 61 year old man and a 46 year old man who are both local to the area have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

DI Darren Ambrose, of the Major Crime Investigation Team, said, "We recognise the concern that this sad death will have caused in the community.

People living in the area can expect to see an enhanced police presence over the coming days, with a scene in place and further house to house and CCTV enquiries taking place.

We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed what took place or who may have further information to contact us as a matter of urgency. We would also like to hear from anyone who may have camera footage taken from the time.

As this is an ongoing investigation, I would request that people refrain from publicly speculating about the circumstances. If you have information, please share it with our investigation team.”
