Murder of Kunta Ceesay
Appeal for information following the fatal stabbing of Kunta Ceesay on Stapleton Road, Bristol
Details of Incident
A murder investigation was launched following the stabbing of 25-year-old Kunta Ceesay in Stapleton Road, Bristol at approximately 5.40pm on Friday 20th September 2024. Mr Ceesay was taken to Southmead Hospital where he sadly died a short time later.
A man has subsequently been charged with murder in connection with the incident. He has been remanded ahead of future court appearances.
Police continue to ask anyone with information in relation to this incident including mobile phone/dashcam footage and images to come forward. Police are keen to hear from members of the public who were travelling down or on Stapleton Road during this time and may have witnessed the incident.
