Police were called around 1535 hours on 17/09/2023 to Ellacombe Church Road, Torquay following a report of disorder. A man has since died as a result of injuries sustained at the scene.

Two people have been arrested. Both remain in custody at this time.

Anyone who has not yet been spoken to by our Officers who has any information which may assist our investigation, please get in touch. This could include any relevant dashcam, doorbell, CCTV or mobile / video footage from the area of Ellacombe Church Road and Lower Ellacombe Church Road from 17/09/2023 between 1300 hours and 1600 hours.
