IDENTIFICATION OF MALE SKELETON FOUND IN ST OSYTH
Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are continuing to investigate the circumstances of a man's death following the discovery of bones in a scrapyard near to Cockett Lane, St Osyth on Thursday 25th April, 2019. A site worker discovered the full male skeleton which belongs to a male aged over 55 who had a complete set of dentures. He was wearing a distinctive pair of leather cowboy style boots (as pictured) and we are appealing for your help to identify him. Provisional tests have been carried out that have proven unsuccessful. We await the results of further tests. The man's death continues to be treated as unexplained as no cause of death has currently been established.
