Missing Person - Kelly Pratt - Norwich

Police in Norfolk have appealed for assistance in tracing Kellie Pratt who was last seen outside the Rose Tavern, City Road Norwich about 11PM on Sunday 11th June 2020.

Details of Incident

Kellie Pratt 28,  was last seen outside the Rose Tavern, City road, Norwich about 11PM on Sunday 11 June 2000.  Kellie had been introduced to sex work in the city and had been in the Ber street/Queens road area of Norwich. At 11.30 PM on Sunday 11 June 2000, she took a phone call from a friend and stated she was with someone. This is the last known contact with Kellie. Initially Kellie’s disappearance was treated as a missing person enquiry  but as further details emerged it became a homicide investigation.

Andy Guy from the Norfolk and Suffolk cold case team said “ There is no doubt Kellie had a troubled and difficult life. Her association with drugs and street work left her especially vulnerable. It may be the case that individuals are aware of what happened to Kellie on that Sunday evening. I accept that those involved in drugs or sex work, either as clients or working girls would not usually come forward and engage with police. However we can treat information within strict confidence should it be necessary to do so. It is now 20 years since Kellie disappeared, it is right that the efforts to find her and what happened to her two decades ago continue.”
