Appeal for information regarding the murder of Joy Morgan


Details of Incident

Police investigating the murder of a University of Hertfordshire student are re-appealing for the public’s help.
Midwifery student Joy Morgan, aged 21, was reported missing from Hatfield on Thursday, February 7, 2019. She was last seen in Ilford on December 26, 2018.
On Wednesday, February 27, Shohfah-El Israel, aged 40, of Fordwych Road, London, was charged with murder. Joy’s body has not yet been found and enquiries are on-going.
Joy was black, of slim build, around 5ft 5inches tall, with black afro-style hair which she often covered with a scarf.  She also wore glasses.
She had links to Hatfield, Ilford, Battersea, Cricklewood, Stevenage and Luton.
