Officers were called to Wylds Lane in Worcester shortly after 9pm on Tuesday 1st September 2026 following reports that a man had been found with with serious injuries inside a property.

Damian, a 42-year-old man, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, where, despite the best efforts of medical staff, he sadly died.

Officers will remain in the area as our enquiries continue, and we would encourage anyone who may have information, witnessed anything suspicious, or has any relevant CCTV, Dashcam or doorbell footage to come forward and speak to us.
