SYP Appeal for Information - Disorder in Rotherham

South Yorkshire Police are appealing for information following disorder in the Manvers area of Rotherham

Details of Incident

On Sunday 4th August, a protest at the Holiday Inn, Manvers descended into ugly violence.

As a result, more than 60 police officers were injured along with 3 police dogs and a police horse.

The repairs to the hotel, due to damage caused during the disorder, are estimated to cost more than £2,000,000.

The police enquiry received unprecedented public support, and to date 86 people have been charged in relation to their role in the disorder.

Following painstaking viewing of body worn video and mobile phone footage, we are now releasing further images of individuals who are still being sought for their role in the violence on that day.

The investigation continues to work tirelessly to identify the outstanding offenders and we continue to appeal to the public for their support. We would ask that you look at the gallery of offenders on the links below and submit any information via the portal below. Please be aware that if requested, information provided can be treated in confidence.
