Police are investigating the death of a man in Eltham.
The man, aged in his 70s, was found unconscious on a driveway on Rennets Wood Road, Eltham at around 07:15hrs on Monday, 16th March 2026.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital, where his condition was assessed as life-threatening.
Sadly, despite the best efforts of healthcare professionals the man died on Wednesday, 18th March 2026. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries remain ongoing. The man’s death is currently being treated as unexplained and under investigation.
