On Friday the 19th December 2025 shortly after 9.40pm Police were called to Tollgate House, Tollgate Gardens, Maida Vale to reports of a male having been stabbed at the location.

MPS officers attended the scene along with the London Ambulance Service, who treated a 40 year old male at the scene for stab injuries. He was taken to hospital but despite the best efforts of the emergency services, he died from his injuries.

Detectives are appealing for any information from members of the public or residents in the area, who may have witnessed the events of 19th December on Tollgate Gardens. Anyone with CCTV, mobile phone, dash-cam footage or Ring door bell footage of the incident, is asked to preserve and supply it to the Police as part of the investigation.
