OP CYLONE – Appeal re Incident in Romford Rd E7
On Tuesday 25th November 2025 at around 3.40pm police were called to an incident, which started on board a route 330 bus. The incident continued outside the Gulf Petrol Station on Romford Road, Forest Gate, E7. As a result of this incident a male, Mr. Franklin Francis, sadly passed away a few days later. Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have any information about this incident.
