Murder in Garratt Lane Wandsworth - Op Shenton

Police are appealing for information regarding the fatal stabbing of a 15 year old male and the non-fatal stabbing of another 15 year old male on Thursday 29/10/2020, outside Sainsburys, in Garratt Lane, Wandsworth SW18.


Details of Incident

At around 16.58 on 29/10/2020  Police officers were on patrol and noticed a large number of males, fighting outside Sainsbury’s, Garratt Lane, Wandsworth SW18.  Officers pursued running males along north Garratt Lane, before they cut through the park/old burial ground next to Sainsbury’s Car Park.  Two 15 year old victims were found with stab wounds. LAS attended the scene and transferred both victims to hospital,  where all efforts to save the males were administered but one sadly died of his injuries.
We are appealing to the public for any information, Mobile phones, Dash cam, CCTV, Ring doorbell and Bicycle camera footage from persons in the area at the time.
