20 years ago, on the 21st September 2001 the body of a young boy was floating in the river Thames

Police are appealing for information regarding the murder of ‘Adam’, he was a black boy aged between 4 to 7 years old.  He was wearing a pair of orange / red shorts.  His body had been in the water for between 1 – 10 days.
