Staffordshire Police are currently investigating the death of a man, located inside an address in Werrington, Stoke on Trent

We were called to a home on Park Avenue, Werrington, just after 9pm, Wednesday 26 November,2025.

Sadly, a man in his 50's was pronounced dead at the scene 

His next of kin have been informed and continue to be supported by specialist officers.

Two 31-year-old men, a 29-year-old man, a 22-year-old woman and a 16 year old boy, all from the Stoke-on-Trent area, were arrested on suspicion of murder.

They have all now been released on conditional bail while our enquiries continue. 

We have referred the incident to the Independent Office  for Police contact  (IOPC) due to police contact.
