A murder investigation is currently ongoing in relation to the death of Annan man, Paul Taylor.
Two men have been charged in connection with the Paul’s murder and currently await trail.
Jack Crawley, 20, of no fixed address, has been charged with murder and Marcus Goodfellow, also 20, of Greystone Road has been charged with assisting an offender.
Details of the incident
Paul Taylor was reported as missing from his home address in Annan, Scotland on 18 October 2023.
He travelled from his home address to Carlisle in his blue Vauxhall Corsa, registration PY18 DYO, in the early hours of Wednesday 18 October 2023. His car was later found abandoned in Langwathby on Thursday 19 October 2023.
A murder investigation was launched in November 2023.
Paul Taylor’s body was found in the area of Finlandrigg Woods, Carlisle, in May 2024.
