At 1500hrs today following a report of a wall collapse, two children have been brought in the the QEUH with major trauma and are currently being assessed.

Now 1.5hrs after the initial declaration, information from the scene is that there are still 16 children trapped beneath the rubble. Family are starting to arrive at the Hospital.

NHS Scotland Emergency Departments have also seen a number of children presenting with heat related injuries/ illness throughout the course of the day.
