Op Barometer Murder at Strawberry Hill Station

Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward after a fatal stabbing at Strawberry Hill Station in Twickenham on Monday 8th January 2024.


Details of Incident

Detectives at British Transport Police (BTP) have launched a murder investigation after a man sadly died at Strawberry Hill Railway Station.

Officers were called to the station at 11:53pm on 8th January following reports of an injured man.

Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and found a male with serious injuries consistent with being stabbed. A man in his 20's was pronounced dead at the scene.

A further victim was located in nearby Alexander Close with a laceration wound to his leg.

Officers from BTP's Major Crime Command are appealing for information from the public who may have seen or heard something or be in possession of CCTV/mobile phone/dashcam/doorbell footage.

Police are trying to establish why this happened and are appealing to anyone with information about this incident to come forward.
