Police are investigating the circumstances around the birth of baby Victoria born to parents Constance MARTEN and Mark GORDON, the possible neglect of Victoria by them and her subsequent death.  

Tragically, Victoria was discovered on Roedale Allotments Brighton on Wednesday 1st March 2023.

Since the 5th January the couple have been sighted in Greater Manchester, Essex, East and North London and along the south coast in Sussex between Newhaven and Brighton and the Police are keen to establish details of any sightings of them. 

At the time of their arrest Constance was wearing a burgundy coloured coat, which appeared to be quite dirty, as well as dark leggings and footwear. Mark was wearing a dark padded coat with a hood, dark bottoms and dark coloured shoes. He was also carrying a large stick.
