Detectives are investigating the murder that took place on the pedestrianised area between Ballard’s Lane and High Road, North Finchley, N12. Nicholas SUTIN was assaulted shortly after 4am. Police were called and found Mr SUTIN on a bench. First aid was attempted immediately and Police were joined by colleagues from the London Ambulance Service and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS). Despite best efforts he was pronounced dead at the scene.
