The City of London Police Economic Crime Department is currently investigating CHARTER & MAY LTD, EDEN PHARMA LTD, ARIES ROBOTICS PLC, CYBEX SECURITY LTD, Allen & Atherton, Frecycle Ltd and BAUER BRIDGE. These companies are believed to have offered investment opportunities in new innovative start-up companies and eligibility to claim tax relief from HMRC under Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).

Detectives are interested in hearing from anyone who may have information concerning these companies or their representatives.

9th March 2023  1845hrs - We understand some investors may have faced difficulties when completing the online form earlier day. These issues have now hopefully been rectified. If you have any issues please email us on the contact and do not call the City of London Police or Metropolitan Control Rooms. 

10th March 2023 0820hrs - We have started to recieve submitted questionnaires but some investors continued to have problems submitting their information. The problem appears to have been caused by mandatory questions the investigation team wanted answers. All mandatory questions have now been removed, but please answer each question.
