A murder investigation has been launched after a woman's body was found at a property in Spalding.
Officers attended an address in Winsover Road at 7.30pm on Tuesday 26 November, following a call reporting concerns for the safety of a woman. We can confirm that the woman who sadly died is 37-year-old Kristine Sparane.
Brian Simpson of Nene Court in Spalding has been charged with murder.

We would like to hear from anyone who has seen or spoken to Kristine between 3pm on Monday 25 November and 7.30pm on Tuesday 26 November. We would appeal for anyone who is able to help with information, to contact the investigation team.
The enquiry team is especially interested in media submissions.
