Police are appealing for information in relation to the murder of an adult male, the attempted murder of a young girl and adult female, at 30 Lisnahull Road, Dungannon, on the 29th August 2026
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Major Investigation Team have launched a murder enquiry after a man was found dead alongside a seriously injured child in the Lisnahull Road area of Dungannon this morning, Saturday, 29th August.
A male has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and remains in police custody at this time.
We are appealing for the public’s help with information.
We are interested in mobile phone videos, CCTV footage, vehicle dash-cam footage and photos of the incident as well as any other information which may help the investigation.
