Operation KUAT
The City of London Police, Domestic Corruption Unit is leading an investigation into allegations of fraud relating to governance and financial decision-making within the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW). The investigation concerns three individuals, either currently or formerly associated with PFEW, who occupied distinct senior roles within its governance and operational structure.
Details of Incident
On 04.03.2026 the City of London Police, executed a series of search warrants as part of coordinated enforcement activity. These include offices within Federation House, Leatherhead, together with residential addresses linked to individuals under investigation.
Three adult males have been arrested on suspicion of fraud offences, all of whom are either currently or formerly associated with PFEW and occupied senior roles within its governance and operational structure.
The Domestic Corruption Unit are encouraging current and former employees, representatives, or any other members of the public who believe they hold information relevant to the matters under investigation, to come forward and assist.
