Man who died in Barnsley Collision named
South Yorkshire Police appeal for information - A man who died in a collision on Friday (3 April) in the Cudworth area has been named by his family as Liam Green.
Details of Incident
At 4.55pm, we were called by the ambulance service following a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a white Volkswagen Touareg in Rose Tree Avenue.
Emergency services attended and Liam, age 45, who was the pedestrian, sadly died at the scene.
Liam's family are being supported by officers and have chosen to share the following tribute:
"We hope you're at peace now. We all love you very much, sending you big hugs from your mam, sons, brother and family."
