Staffordshire Police continue to appeal for witnesses for an Incident that took place on Ridgway Road, Shelton, after a man was fatally stabbed in the are of Hanley park and Ridgway Road. Were you in the area between the hours of 1800 and 2000 Thursday 23 July?
Details of Incident
We were called at 7.40pm Thursday 23 July to Ridgway Road, Shelton, following reports that a man had been stabbed.
The victim, 44 yr old Christopher Bradbury from Stoke on Trent, sadly died at the scene. His next of kin continue to be supported by specially-trained officers.
Four men have been charged with murder.
Qays Mahmood, 25 who is a British Asian and from Shelton Stoke on Trent, appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre Thursday 30th July,2026.
Hassan Ahmed , 19, Subhan Nadeem, 20, and Dhannish Mahmood, 19, have all recently appeared at Stoke on Trent Crown Court and were remanded in custody and will next appear in Court 28th September, 2026.
