Murder Investigation launched in Northamptonshire
A murder investigation (Operation Groveland) has been launched following the death of a female in Pinewood Road, Northampton.
Shortly after 06.05am Saturday, August 9th, the Force was called by the East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) to a home in Pinewood Road where a woman in her 40's had sadly been found deceased.
An Investigation into the circumstances of her death began and on Tuesday August 12th this was declared a murder inquiry.
A 55 year old Northampton man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder
