Operation WILLOW is a City of London Police investigation into a conspiracy to defraud victims. The suspects contact members of the public purporting to work for companies including NBSA LTD, CHARLES DICKINS LTD, ECX, WJ INVESTMENTS, WJ EDWARDS. The suspects state that they can recover / reinvest investments previously made by the members of the public (intended victims) if they pay the suspects an advanced fee. Once the fee is paid, no service is performed and the fee is unlawfully retained. If you are contacted in the future by representatives of these companies, please do not pay any monies requested.
