Operation Olympus is the police investigation into disorder which broke out on Malvern Crescent, Seaham on Saturday, April 27. 

A number of people were responsible for setting fire to vehicles, ramming police vehicles and throwing missiles at police, putting officers and members of the public in danger. 

Four males and one female have been arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries. 

Detectives believe that members of the community hold information which could identify all those actively involved in the disorder. 

We are seeking any CCTV or mobile phone footage that has captured the incident.
